Aspen HATES her carseat. Everytime we put her in it to go somewhere she just cries and screams until we get there. It's crazy. Sometimes I get back there with her and put my hand behind her back like I am holding her and it sometimes helps. Sometimes I will let her suck on my pinky finger too because she refuses to take a paci, but she likes my finger. But for the most part, she just cries while she is in it. We've tried everything I can think of. We took the additional padding out of her infant carrier and she cried. We moved the straps up thinking they may be hurting her shoulders and she cried. We took her out of the infant carrier and put her in the Britax Decathlon (rearfacing) and still she cried. She rarely falls asleep in it anymore, only occasionally. Any other ideas on what to do? Or is she just being a stinker and just doesn't want to be strapped in?
